          Creates a new Name object initialized with the given local name, namespace prefix, and namespace URI.

          Creates a new Name object initialized with the given local name, namespace prefix, and namespace URI.
 Name SOAPElement.getElementName()
          Returns the name of this SOAPElement object.
 Name SOAPFault.getFaultCodeAsName()
